About the role
We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our growing team.

Working Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm, you'll help maintain a variety of commercial properties to a high standard.
Your duties will include:
- Grass cutting and lawn maintenance
- Strimming and edging
- Hedge trimming
- Litter picking and general site tidying
- Pressure washing
- Operating and caring for professional grounds maintenance equipment
- Ensuring all sites are left clean, tidy and well presented
Every day is different, so you'll need to be adaptable and happy working outdoors in all weather conditions.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a full UK driving licence (essential)
- Be reliable, punctual and trustworthy
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Have previous grounds maintenance or landscaping experience
- Take pride in looking after company vehicles and equipment

Work Location: Field-based, working across commercial client sites.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Experience:
- Grounds Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
