Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Rehabilitation Assistants to join our team at Renovo Hollanden Park Limited. In this role, you will support our clients in their rehabilitation journey, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care and assistance tailored to their individual needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of personalised care plans for clients.
- Support clients with daily living activities and rehabilitation exercises to maximise their rehabilitation potential and outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with clients to encourage engagement and progress.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes to the care team.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and rehabilitation delivery.
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to clients throughout their rehabilitation process.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Basic IT skills for documentation and communication purposes.
- A valid driving license may be beneficial but not essential due to the location of the site.
