Job Summary
We are looking for an exceptional Client Partner to join our growing team at Creative Pod.
This is a newly created role and an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of our agency as we evolve our client services model.
As a Client Partner, you will become the trusted adviser and primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building long-term relationships, understanding their business objectives and ensuring they receive an exceptional experience throughout their partnership with Creative Pod.
Unlike a traditional account management role, the Client Partner focuses entirely on building relationships, understanding commercial objectives and guiding clients through their marketing journey. You'll work closely with our Senior Marketing Executives, who will develop the marketing strategy and campaign ideas, while you lead client communication, present recommendations, manage expectations and ensure every client receives outstanding service.

Reporting to the Client Services Lead, you'll work alongside our Client Partner team, Senior Marketing Executives, Creative team and external specialist delivery partners to ensure every project is delivered successfully.

Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a client services, account management or client relationship role within a marketing, creative or digital agency.
- Outstanding relationship-building and communication skills.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities for client growth.
- Highly organised with excellent project management skills.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Confident leading meetings and presenting ideas to clients.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.

- Experience using project management systems such as Wrike would be advantageous.

ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management
- Become the dedicated Client Partner for a portfolio of clients.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop a thorough understanding of each client's business, objectives and commercial priorities.
- Be the first point of contact for all day-to-day client communication.
- Manage expectations through proactive, honest and timely communication.
- Handle client queries and resolve issues professionally.
Client Meetings
- Lead client discovery and onboarding meetings alongside the Senior Marketing Executive.
- Chair regular client meetings and review sessions.
- Present marketing strategies, campaign ideas and recommendations developed by the Senior Marketing Executive.
- Clearly communicate campaign performance and future recommendations.
- Gain approvals and agree next steps.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate activity between clients, Senior Marketing Executives, the Creative team and external delivery partners.
- Ensure projects progress in line with agreed timelines.
- Keep clients informed throughout every stage of delivery.
- Manage client feedback and approvals.
- Escalate risks where appropriate.
Client Quality Assurance
Before work reaches the client, you'll ensure:
- Deliverables meet the client's objectives.
- Previous feedback has been incorporated.
- Communication is clear and professional.
- Deliverables are complete and ready for presentation.
Commercial Growth
- Identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts.
- Support contract renewals and service reviews.
- Protect agreed scopes of work.
- Help clients understand the value and impact of Creative Pod's services.
Collaboration
- Work closely with Senior Marketing Executives to ensure strategies are communicated effectively.
- Collaborate with our Creative team and external delivery partners.
- Contribute ideas that improve the client experience and agency processes.
- Champion collaboration across the wider business.
