Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, organizing materials, and setting up safety barriers.
Support tradespeople by carrying tools, materials, and equipment to designated areas efficiently and safely.
Help with basic tasks such as mixing concrete, loading/unloading supplies, and cleaning work areas to maintain a tidy and safe environment.
Follow safety protocols diligently, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times and adhering to site safety guidelines.
Assist in the installation of temporary structures like scaffolding or fencing as directed by supervisors.
Participate in site inspections and report any hazards or issues immediately to ensure a safe working environment for everyone.
Contribute positively to team efforts by maintaining a proactive attitude, demonstrating flexibility, and supporting colleagues as needed.
Requirements
Must be physically fit and capable of performing manual labor tasks that involve lifting, bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
Basic understanding of construction site safety procedures and willingness to learn safety protocols thoroughly.
Reliable with a strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
Ability to follow instructions carefully and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Must have reliable transportation or be able to access the job site easily.
