Job Overview

Duties

- Assess learners’ progress through evaluations and provide constructive feedback to facilitate continuous improvement
- Assist users in troubleshooting technical issues related to Oracle PPM software during training sessions
- Collaborate with clients or organizations to customize training content based on their specific project management needs
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oracle PPM updates and industry best practices to ensure relevant instruction
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages questions, active participation, and knowledge sharing
Skills
- Proficiency in Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) software with hands-on experience in its core modules
- Excellent communication skills in English to clearly explain complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Strong teaching abilities with a passion for mentoring and guiding learners of varying skill levels
- Solid understanding of project management principles, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management
- Technical aptitude in IT systems, databases, and software troubleshooting related to Oracle PPM applications
