We are looking for an active and responsible person to join our team at our busy factory in East Grinstead. We are expanding and this is a full time, permanent role with room for career progression. Computer literacy is essential, you will also need a UK driving licence, previous experience of running a team, with some knowledge of our industry
You will be responsible for :
- Supporting the Production Manager with the daily running of the manufacturing operation
- Help coordinate production activities across the manufacturing operation
- Work closely with Production and Finishing Supervisors to ensure production priorities are maintained
- Monitor production progress and identify and escalate delays or problems
- Assist with organising staff and allocating resources according to production requirements
- Provide practical support when dealing with day-to-day production issues
-Help maintain smooth workflow between the different manufacturing areas
- Support the team in meeting production targets, quality requirements and deadlines
