As a Non Food Maintenance Assistant Team Manager at Lidl, you’ll help keep our automated systems running smoothly. You’ll play a key role in making sure all systems and machines in the warehouse are functioning and you’ll get to know them like they’re part of the team. You’ll also have the chance to prove your leadership skills by championing, delegating, motivating, and helping your team to realise their full potential.
Reporting to the Team Manager, you’ll maintain, test, and repair essential equipment like conveyors and control systems. You’ll also work closely with both internal and external teams to keep everything up and running, making sure safety standards are always met.
