Duties
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment to ensure operational efficiency

- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
- Prepare and process documents, reports, and correspondence in a timely manner
- Support with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Maintain organised electronic and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of information
- Schedule staff time and availability
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
Skills
- Proven office experience with strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Good communication skills, including professional phone etiquette
- Demonstrated clerical experience supporting administrative functions
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
