Position: Senior Hair Stylist
Type: Full Time (32 hours over 4 days)

- Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Note: We will also consider two part-time positions with flexible hours, although Fridays and Saturdays are non-negotiable. *

Key Responsibilities
- Hair Styling: Execute a range of cutting techniques with confidence, specializing in creative cuts, short hairstyles, and bobs.
- Color Expertise: Perform color correction, balayage, and highlighting to meet clients' needs and desires.
- Client Engagement: Deliver 5-star customer service, fostering relationships through excellent communication and friendly interaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to create a harmonious salon environment and maintain high standards of service.
- Social Media Proficiency: Utilize social media platforms to promote services, engage with clients, and showcase your work.
- General Salon Duties: Assist with stock management, reception duties, and order processing as needed when not attending to clients.
Qualifications
- Education: Level 3 qualified in hairdressing.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years running your own column in a salon setting.
- Skill Set:
- Extensive experience in all hair cutting styles.
- Proficient in colour correction, balayage, and highlighting.
- Strong styling capabilities to achieve high standards.
