Could you make a difference to someone’s day?
At Help at Home Care, we believe great care is about more than simply completing a care call. It’s about getting to know the person, listening to them, respecting their choices and helping them to live as independently, safely and happily as possible in their own home.
We are incredibly proud to have been rated GOOD overall by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), with an OUTSTANDING rating for CARING at our very first inspection.
This is something we are extremely proud of and reflects the compassion, kindness and commitment of our wonderful care team.
We are now looking for caring, compassionate and reliable people to join our team and help us continue providing the high standard of care our customers deserve.
What does the role involve?
No two days are the same. Our customers are all individuals with different needs, and you could be supporting them with:
- Personal care
- Medication assistance
- Preparing meals
- Taking or accompanying customers shopping
- Light housework
- Accompanying customers to appointments
- Providing companionship at home
- Supporting customers to get out and about in the community
- Most importantly, being there for someone and making a positive difference to their day
Sometimes it's helping someone with their morning routine. Sometimes it's preparing their favourite meal. Sometimes it's simply sitting down for a cup of tea and a chat.
It's the little things that can make a big difference.
