Job Summary
We are looking for energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Light Package Couriers to join our growing delivery team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active, working independently, and providing excellent customer service.
Our couriers deliver small packages, documents, and parcels quickly and safely throughout the city. The position is primarily designed for walking couriers, making it perfect for those who prefer an active job without the need to drive. Depending on operational needs, deliveries may also be completed by car, bicycle, scooter, or other approved transportation.
Whether delivering on foot or by vehicle, you will play an important role in ensuring every package reaches its destination on time while representing our company with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Deliver light packages, documents, and parcels safely and on time using walking routes or approved transportation (car, bicycle, scooter, etc.) depending on assignments.
- Primarily perform deliveries on foot, efficiently navigating city streets, office buildings, residential areas, and commercial locations.
- Plan and follow the most efficient delivery routes while meeting scheduled delivery times.
- Load, carry, and unload small packages while handling all items with care.
- Verify delivery addresses, collect signatures or delivery confirmations when required, and maintain accurate delivery records.
- Communicate professionally with dispatchers, customers, and team members to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and local regulations while performing deliveries.
- For vehicle-based couriers, conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of completed deliveries, package status, and daily activity.
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience as a courier, delivery driver, or in a similar delivery role is preferred but not required.
- Walking couriers are encouraged to apply. A driver's license is only required for applicants who will perform vehicle-based deliveries.
- Good physical fitness and the ability to walk several miles per shift while carrying light packages.
- Ability to safely lift and carry packages up to company weight limits.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with local streets, neighborhoods, and navigation apps is an advantage.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding customer experiences.

Pay: £25.00-£32.00 per hour
