Now we're bringing on a Business Development Manager to help us go even bigger and we want someone hungry enough to help build that next chapter with us.

What You'll Actually Be Doing
You'll own the entire sales cycle. From the first cold outreach to a signed high-ticket client (our coaching starts at £30k+). This is a hunter's role, built for someone who creates their own opportunities rather than waiting for leads to land in an inbox.
- Build your own outbound pipeline through LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, cold calling, networking events, trade shows, and direct outreach
- Run high-level sales conversations and Zoom consultations with business owners who are the actual decision-makers
- Nurture longer, consultative sales cycles (3–6 months) with genuine relationship-building not pressure tactics
- Explore strategic partnerships that open new revenue channels
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with the CEO to test outbound strategies and shape how this company sells
- Keep your pipeline sharp with strong CRM discipline
