Job Description:
INTERNET-ELECTRICAL.CO.UK is a leading independent online electrical wholesaler, supplying electrical contractors, installers and businesses throughout the UK.
We are a small, ambitious team where every individual has a direct impact on customer satisfaction and business success. Unlike a traditional wholesaler, we work with a network of supplier partners and distributors, requiring close coordination between customers, suppliers and delivery partners to ensure orders are delivered successfully and on time.
We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, taking ownership and coordinating multiple moving parts to achieve successful outcomes for customers.
Applicants with experience in Estate Agency, Lettings, Recruitment, Operations Coordination, Project Coordination or Project Administration, Logistics or similar customer-facing operational roles are encouraged to apply.
THE ROLE:
As a Customer Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing customer orders from placement through to successful delivery, acting as the key link between customers, suppliers and delivery partners.
You will take ownership of customer issues, proactively resolve problems and help ensure projects stay on track.
No two days are the same and the role requires excellent organisational skills, strong communication and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
This role will suit individuals who naturally take ownership of problems and enjoy seeing issues through to a successful conclusion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing customer enquiries via telephone and e-mail
- Monitoring open customer orders and identifying potential issues
- Liaising with suppliers regarding stock availability, dispatches and delivery schedules
- Tracking deliveries and resolving delivery delays
- Coordinating partial shipments and customer communications
- Managing product returns and warranty enquiries
- Taking ownership of customer issues and following them through to resolution
- Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
- Supporting continuous improvement of operational processes
- Following organisational protocols for complaint escalation and issue resolution

Benefits:
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
