We're looking for a hard-working Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team and help us deliver work to a standard we're proud of.
This isn't a job for clock-watchers. We're an Arboricultural Association Approved company with our own in-house training centre, and we care about how every site looks when we leave it. If you graft, take pride in the finish, and notice the small things that make the difference, you'll fit right in.
You'll be on grounds maintenance day to day: grass cutting, strimming, hedge work, clearance, planting, and general site presentation, plus helping the tree surgery teams and keeping the kit clean and the yard tidy. All of it matters. The difference between an average job and a great one is in the detail, and that's what we're after.
What we're looking for
A strong attitude comes first, but for this role we want someone who already takes the work seriously and has an eye for getting it right.

Useful to have:
- Previous grounds, landscaping, forestry, farming, or labouring experience
- Strimmer, mower, or spraying tickets (PA1/PA6) an advantage but not essential
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Right to work in the UK is required
