Temporary Events Coordinator

1to1 Group are working with a client in Basingstoke who are looking for an events coordinator to join the team on a temp basis to cover mat leave. This opportunity would be hybrid, offering 2 days per week working remotely.
The Role
- Plan, coordinate, and manage industry events, conferences, and trade shows (company-led and third-party) across the UK, Ireland, Benelux, and the Nordics.
- Manage all event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, booth design, speaker arrangements, and travel logistics.
- Work closely with sales and product teams to define event goals, messaging, and lead capture strategies.
- Help liaise with and develop partnerships and collaborations identified in cooperation with strategic marketing
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance with corporate guidelines at all events.
- Track and measure event ROI, including lead generation, customer engagement, and post-event follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Proactive
- Organised
- At least 1 year Events experience
- At least 1 year Marketing experience
- Drivers license is essential
