Duties
- Supervise daily coffee shop operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent service delivery
- Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of baristas, cooks, and support staff to achieve operational goals
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food production processes to maintain quality standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices across all areas
- Manage inventory levels for coffee beans, ingredients, supplies, and equipment maintenance
- Coordinate with vendors for supplies and equipment repairs to keep the shop running efficiently
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming environment
Requirements
- Proven supervising or team management experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or café setting
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, bartending, or culinary arts
- Experience with food safety protocols and food production standards
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and barista skills preferred
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments is advantageous
