Responsibilities
- Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and preparation processes.
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with menu specifications and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop new menu items and seasonal offerings.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure that all dishes are served promptly and meet the restaurant's quality standards.

- Proven experience within a kitchen environment.
- Strong background in food production and preparation techniques.

- Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, particularly in fast-paced environments.

- Lone working is often the case.

This Position is Part Time and the hours are weekly - you can add ours as part of our bar team if more hours are needed.
Monday 10am - 3pm
Friday 12 midday - 8pm
Saturday 12 midday - 8pm
We also do a lot of events and sometimes need catering midweek.
The kitchen is often a one man team.

Pay: £15.00-£18.00 per hour
