We require an account manager to join our production team.
Spot On produces high quality print for our clients - Our capabilities include litho /digital and large format print with almost all of the the work being completed at our High Wycombe site.
Duties include:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
- Analyse client needs and develop customized solutions to meet their business objectives
- Collaborate with Production Manager to coordinate the implementation of client projects and initiatives
- Understand estimating, with the ability to produce estimates if required
Requirements:
- Good knowledge and experience within the printing industry
- Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in a B2B environment
- Attention to detail in the way you manage your projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both our team and our clients
- Proficiency in Tharstern or similar Print MIS software is highly desirable
- A flexible approach to work to ensure deadlines are met

Pay: £28,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
