Join Our Luxury Spa Team
We are seeking a confident, personable, and service-driven to join our award-winning spa team.
Based within the luxurious spa at Lodore Falls Hotel & Spa, this is a guest-facing hospitality role where you will deliver a refined yet relaxed food and beverage experience in our Spa Champagne Bar, while helping maintain exceptional spa standards throughout the day.
About the Role
As a Spa Champagne Bar Host, you will:
- Serve drinks, Champagne, cocktails and light snacks to spa guests
- Prepare teas, coffees, and barista-style beverages (full training provided)
- Ensure the spa lounge and surrounding areas are clean, tidy, and beautifully presented
- Carry out regular cleaning between spa sessions to maintain high standards at all times
- Restock fridges and supplies to support smooth daily operations
- Assist guests with enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Support opening and closing procedures of spa thermal areas
- Work closely with spa and hotel teams to deliver seamless service
Previous hospitality or bar experience is desirable but not essential. We’re looking for someone enthusiastic, reliable, detail-focused, and passionate about delivering exceptional service. We’ll provide all the training you need to succeed.
Shift Patterns
- 8-hour straight shifts (no split shifts)
- Early: 7:00am – 3:30pm
- Mid: 8:30am – 5:00pm or 12pm – 8:30pm
- Late: 12:45pm – 9:15pm
