Duties
- Perform a variety of hair services such as cutting, colouring, styling, and blowouts with precision
- Provide excellent customer service by listening carefully to client needs and offering personalized recommendations
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
- Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques and best practices to foster professional growth
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in accordance with health and safety standards
Requirements
- Level 3 or at least 5 years salon experience in unisex hair styling
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members
- Part time or full time
- Must be able to run a full days column in a timely manner.
