The Opportunity

As our Junior CRM Manager, you’ll collaborate with and assist one of our Senior CRM Managers to deliver high-performing campaigns that wow clients and drive results. You’ll get involved in everything from planning and testing to design, automation, and reporting.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Client Management: Support your Senior CRM Manager in maintaining strong relationships across a wide client portfolio — helping them stay on top of communications, flagging priorities, and stepping in to cover where needed. You'll be a reliable pair of hands that keeps things moving, so clients always feel looked after and nothing falls through the cracks.
- Project Management: Learn how we work — picking up our processes, tools, and ways of organising across multiple projects at once. You'll build strong organisational habits from the start, with plenty of support from the wider team to help you find your feet and grow into managing your own workload with confidence.
- Campaign Strategy and Execution: Support the execution of targeted email marketing campaigns by assisting in briefs and sign offs, audience segmentation, personalisation, and A/B testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise content and continuously improve performance through data analysis.
- Automation and Technology: Assist in the briefing and set up of automated workflows (think: welcome series, cart abandonment, post-purchase follow-ups) and continuously refine for maximum impact.
- Analytics and Reporting: Support the Senior CRM Manager by monitoring key metrics (open rates, click-throughs, conversions) and contribute insights to make every campaign better than the last.
- Learning & Development: Stay up to date with industry training and platform updates, and keep an eye out for opportunities across client accounts — flagging ideas and recommendations to your Senior CRM Manager where you spot room to improve or test something new.
- Building Your Own Client Portfolio: As you settle into the role and develop your skills, there's a genuine opportunity to take on your own clients — but this is very much built around you and your readiness, not a fixed timeline. When the time is right, you'll gradually take ownership of a portfolio that grows alongside your experience, always with the support of a Senior CRM Manager behind you. For the right person, this is a real path to progression.
What We’re Looking For
- A clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal.
- Methodical and detail-oriented — nothing slips through the net
- Experience in email or digital marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and automation platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
- Comfortable working on multiple projects at once in a dynamic team environment.
Bonus Points If You
- Have Klaviyo experience
- Have hands-on A/B testing experience.
- Enjoy finding fresh ways to boost engagement.
