We're looking for a B2B Copywriter & Social Media Executive to join our growing marketing team. If you're a talented B2B copywriter with a flair for creating engaging social content, this is an opportunity to take ownership of our organic social media channels while creating compelling marketing content that supports lead generation and strengthens the WorkNest brand.

What we're looking for
We're looking for a commercially minded B2B copywriter with a passion for social media and digital storytelling. You'll understand how to transform marketing campaigns, thought leadership and complex subject matter into engaging content that resonates with employers and business decision-makers.
From thought leadership and webinars to campaign launches, customer stories and short-form video, you'll create content that educates, informs and engages employers. You'll know how to adapt ideas for different channels, repurpose content creatively and maximise the impact of every campaign across our social media platforms.
You'll take ownership of our organic social media channels, planning and creating engaging content that supports campaigns, builds brand awareness and encourages audience engagement. Alongside social media, you'll produce high-quality B2B marketing copy across websites, email campaigns, customer communications, case studies, blogs and landing pages, helping to bring integrated marketing campaigns to life.
Working closely with Marketing Managers, Graphic Designers, the SEO Content Writer and subject matter experts, you'll help showcase the expertise that makes WorkNest a trusted partner to thousands of employers.
About you
You'll be an experienced B2B copywriter with around 2-3 years' experience creating engaging marketing content for professional audiences. You'll be equally comfortable writing a thought leadership article, developing a campaign email, creating a LinkedIn carousel or turning a webinar into a series of engaging social posts.
You'll have a strong eye for detail, a creative mindset and an understanding of how great content supports wider marketing objectives. You're naturally curious, enjoy exploring new ideas and formats, and use insight and data to continually improve your work.
Most importantly, you'll enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues across the business to create content that builds trust, strengthens our brand and supports business growth.
