We're now looking for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor who is ready to take the next step in their career. This is a fantastic opportunity to continue carrying out asbestos surveys while being fully trained and developed into an Asbestos Auditor, supporting quality, compliance and technical excellence across the business.
What you will do
- Carry out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition asbestos surveys in accordance with current legislation.
- Produce accurate, detailed survey reports.
- Build strong relationships with clients.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with HSE guidance and company procedures.
- Receive structured training and mentoring to become a competent Asbestos Auditor.
- Learn how to conduct technical audits, quality reviews and compliance assessments.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and help maintain high technical standards.
- Work closely with the Technical and Quality teams to develop your auditing skills.
Who you are
- BOHS P402 qualification or RSPH level 3
- Previous experience carrying out asbestos surveys.
- Good knowledge of asbestos legislation and HSG264.
- Strong report writing and communication skills.
- A professional approach with excellent attention to detail.
- Full UK driving licence.
- A genuine interest in developing into a technical auditing role.
