Job Summary
We are seeking a versatile and skilled Multi Tradesman/woman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a variety of maintenance, repair, and construction tasks across multiple trades. Duties
- Perform carpentry tasks including framing, fitting, and finishing work
- Carry out roofing repairs and installations with attention to safety standards
- Execute construction painting projects, ensuring high-quality finishes
- Conduct plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance in accordance with specifications
- Undertake masonry work such as bricklaying, blockwork, and concrete finishing
- Operate welding equipment for fabrication and repair purposes
- Apply electrical experience to assist with wiring, fixture installation, and troubleshooting
- Utilise hand tools and power tools efficiently across various tasks
- Fabricate components or structures as required using appropriate techniques and materials
- Assist in the planning and execution of maintenance or construction projects as directed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in multiple trades such as carpentry, roofing, plumbing, masonry, welding, or electrical work
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in construction and maintenance tasks
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, plans, or specifications is desirable
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Good physical condition with the ability to perform manual labour in various weather conditions
- Relevant certifications or licences related to specific trades are advantageous but not mandatory
- A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
