We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Team Leader to support the day-to-day running of our football facilities.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone ready to take the next step into management. You’ll act as a trainee manager, stepping into Duty Manager responsibilities when needed to support the wider management team and keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
- Support the daily operation of football and gym facilities
- Act as Duty Manager during management absences and busy periods
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle enquiries professionally
- Lead by example and support team members on shift
- Help deliver activities, events, coaching sessions, and match operations
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation
- Support bookings, sales activity, and use of booking systems including FSI
- Ensure Health & Safety, safeguarding, and operational procedures are followed
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A proactive, hands-on, and team-focused attitude
- Interest in sport, fitness, and community wellbeing
- Ability to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible approach to working shifts
- Previous leisure, hospitality, sport, or supervisory experience is desirable
Desirable Qualifications
- First Aid
- Coaching or leisure industry qualifications
- Food hygiene certificate
- Customer service training
