Daily Fish, part of the Bidfresh Group, is a leading supplier of premium seafood to restaurants, hotels, and national accounts. We’re looking for a sales-driven account manager to help grow our client base and strengthen relationships across the foodservice industry.
Your Role
- Manage and grow existing accounts, working closely with chefs and hospitality professionals.
- Develop new business, identifying opportunities within the restaurant, hotel, and catering sectors.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective account management.
- Process orders, ensuring seamless coordination between customers and operations.
- Use sales data and insights to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers (BDMs) to enhance customer engagement.
- Provide outstanding customer service, handling inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
What We’re Looking For
- Hospitality or foodservice background – restaurant, catering, or procurement experience preferred.
- Sales-driven mindset – passionate about food, confident in building relationships, and motivated by targets.
- Highly organised – excellent time management and ability to multitask.
- Tech-savvy – proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excel with accurate data entry skills.
- Strong communicator – able to engage professionally over the phone and via email.
- Resilient and proactive – thrives under pressure and takes initiative.
