You may have recently completed your A Levels, T Level, Level 3 qualification or another relevant programme, or you may already have some workplace experience and be looking to develop your career through an apprenticeship by means of a career change into the Information Technology industry.
Full Description:
We are looking for a motivated and analytical Business Analyst Apprentice to join our team and develop their skills while working towards a Level 4 Business Analyst Apprenticeship.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in understanding how a business operates, identifying opportunities for improvement and helping teams make better, more informed decisions. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will gain practical experience in analysing business processes, gathering requirements, working with data and supporting projects that improve efficiency, quality and business performance.
You will spend time both learning through your apprenticeship programme and applying your knowledge in the workplace, giving you the opportunity to develop a broad range of technical and professional skills.
Key Responsibilities.
- Support the review and analysis of existing business processes and procedures.
- Work with colleagues across different departments to understand business needs and challenges.
- Gather, document and analyse business requirements.
- Assist with identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems and ways of working.
- Use data and information to identify trends, issues and potential improvements.
- Support the creation of process maps, reports, presentations and other business analysis documentation.
- Assist with projects and change initiatives across the organisation.
- Work with stakeholders to understand their requirements and communicate findings clearly.
- Help assess the potential impact of proposed changes.
- Support the testing and implementation of new processes, systems or solutions.
- Monitor improvements and help assess whether changes have achieved their intended outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout projects.
- Develop an understanding of business analysis tools, techniques and methodologies.
- Complete all required apprenticeship training, assignments and assessments.
