We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our dynamic culinary team at out beautiful seaside restaurant . The ideal candidate will possess a passion for food, and extensive experience in food preparation and kitchen management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop innovative menus, and ensure the highest standards of food safety and service. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing food production, and maintaining a welcoming environment for guests. Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is essential, along with a commitment to excellence and teamwork.
Dutie
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food production, presentation, and quality control
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to deliver seamless dining experiences
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience in a culinary role within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene
- Expertise in food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation skills
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Good communication skills to liaise effectively with staff
- Experience in food production management and restaurant operations is highly desirable
- A passion for culinary arts and delivering exceptional dining experiences
Pay: £12.21-£19.27 per hour
