Overview
We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Doctor to join our boutique skin clinic in Weybridge. The successful candidate will have the opportunity in 2027/28 to take over the business or to continue working with new owners when the role evolves to full-time. The ideal candidate will have an existing background in aesthetic medicine, with excellent management and customer service skills. This role offers the opportunity to work in a wealthy location, providing advanced aesthetic treatments and enhancing clients' confidence. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest services, managing treatment procedures, and contributing to the clinic’s reputation for excellence. Experience of social media management, upselling, and hospitality will be advantageous to support our marketing efforts and client engagement. Monthly commission or profit-sharing
Responsibilities
- Conduct a variety of aesthetic treatments, including Fotona laser, SylfirmX, Geneo, Profhilo, Botox, dermal fillers, and our unique combination skin rejuvenation procedures with precision and care. Additional training will be provided in these and new treatments by the principal, with certification by the appropriate body
- Manage patient consultations, ensuring personalised treatment plans that meet individual needs
- Oversee front desk operations, including appointment scheduling, patient check-in/out, and maintaining accurate records
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a welcoming and professional environment for all clients
- Ideally, able to utilise social media platforms to promote clinic services, share success stories, and engage with potential clients effectively, although not essential
- Assist with upselling complementary treatments and products to optimise client satisfaction and clinic revenue
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in accordance with regulations
- Manage guest services efficiently, ensuring clients feel valued and cared for throughout their visit
- Support team management tasks when required, including training new staff members or apprentices
Requirements
- Registered Medical Doctor with certifications in aesthetic medicine or related fields
- Proven experience in management within a clinical or beauty environment
- Ideally, social media management skills to enhance online presence and marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members
- Demonstrable customer service expertise with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Experience in front desk operations or administrative duties in a healthcare or beauty setting
- Ability to upsell treatments confidently while maintaining ethical standards
- Knowledge of hospitality principles to ensure an exceptional guest experience
- Organised, with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
