What Youll Be Doing
As a Service Advisor you will be the main source of support for parts and service advice
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by maintaining regular communication, managing expectations, explaining costs and invoices, and ensuring vehicles are returned on time and to a high standard.
- Lead and coordinate the customer journey in line with Mercedes-Benz and City West Country expectations and standards
- Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, manufacturers, and other stakeholders, promoting a culture of quality, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer, warranty, goodwill, and technical standards while maintaining accurate operational processes and documentation.
- Monitor performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and work closely with management to enhance customer satisfaction, efficiency, and profitability.
