Looking for a night shift role where your FLT experience actually gets valued? We're hiring Counterbalance Forklift Drivers for a fast-paced warehouse operation in Watling Park, keeping palletised goods moving safely and efficiently through a busy logistics site.

What you'll be doing:
- Operate a counterbalance forklift to load and unload palletised freight
- Support shipping and receiving, making sure goods are handled correctly
- Stack and store materials in the right spots
- Carry out manual handling, including heavier lifting when needed
- Run daily equipment and safety checks
- Keep your work area clean, organised, and safe
- Follow all health and safety procedures
What you'll bring:
- A valid counterbalance FLT licence (essential)
- Previous warehouse experience
- Pallet network experience (a bonus)
- Comfort using scanning equipment
- A basic handle on warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Solid numeracy
- Physical fitness and the stamina for night shifts
