MAIN PURPOSE:
Guncast Swimming Pools are looking to appoint a new Trainee Service Engineers to strengthen and complement the existing team. The company operates within the luxury swimming pool sector both domestic and commercial, with offices in West Sussex and Oxfordshire.
KEY ACTIVITIES:
Liaising/ interacting with clients and or housekeepers
Weekly / fortnightly servicing of indoor and outdoor swimming pools and all associated plant
Checking correct operation of equipment in the plant room and in pool hall
Carrying out water sample testing
Small maintenance works / alterations / plumbing
Opening up / closing down outdoor pools at the beginning / end of the season
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:
All training will be given, however:
Previous experience in swimming pool servicing desirable
To be well presented
Good Communication skills
Ability to communicate detailed and accurate information
Build good working relationships with other parties both internal and external
Full clean driving licence
ADDITIONAL PREFERRED SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in automatic chemical dosing systems
ISPE qualification (or equivalent)
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
Basic understanding of electrics
London driving experience
Pool construction and or plumbing experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year dependant on experience
