About the Graduate Scheme
Our two-year graduate programme is designed to develop future client leaders and managers within Unicorn Orange.
You’ll receive structured training across:
- Amazon advertising and marketplace strategy
- Retail Media and digital marketing
- Data analysis and reporting
- AI and automation tools
- Client management and communication
- Commercial and business strategy
Alongside hands-on experience, you’ll complete a recognised Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) qualification as part of your development.
Unlike many graduate schemes, you’ll be given genuine responsibility from the outset and will work directly with experienced colleagues, clients and industry-leading brands.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking graduates with strong analytical ability, intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn.
Typical degree backgrounds may include:
- Mathematics
- Physics
- Engineering
- Economics
- Computer Science
- Data Science
- Other quantitative or analytical disciplines
You don’t need prior marketing experience. We hire for potential, attitude and aptitude. However, any experience in digital marketing, advertising, e-commerce, data analysis, SQL, Python or Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) would be highly desirable.
Career Progression
This programme is designed to accelerate your career.
Depending on your strengths and interests, successful graduates typically progress into one of several pathways, including Account Manager, Advertising Manager or Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) specialist roles. The AMC pathway focuses on advanced analytics, audience insights and measurement. While we provide training in AMC and related tools, candidates pursuing this route should already have a skills in SQL and Python. From there, opportunities exist to develop into senior management positions, lead client relationships, manage major international brands and mentor future team members.
Previous graduates have progressed into Senior management positions and play a key role in the growth of the business today.
