Overview
We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Leisure Attendant to join our team at the Rena Spa located in the Leonardo Royal Grand Harbour Hotel. This role involves providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors. The successful candidate will play a key part in maintaining the smooth operation of leisure facilities, creating a positive experience for all guests. Previous experience in management, hospitality, or guest services is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. This position is paid and offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills within the leisure and hospitality industry.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with their enquiries to ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- Supervise leisure activities and facilities, ensuring safety and enjoyment for all visitors
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of leisure areas, including equipment and communal spaces
- Enforce health and safety regulations to safeguard guests and staff
- Manage bookings, reservations, and scheduling of activities or events
- Provide information about available facilities, programmes, and upcoming events
- Support management with organising activities or programmes as required
- Handle guest feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction
- Complete pool water testing and act as an emergency pool responder when on duty. A basic level of swimming will be needed.

- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable manner

- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or guest needs
- Prior experience in hospitality or guest services is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided
