After School Club Leader
Scale 4 (Points 7-11) (£13.69 - £14.59 p/h)
We are seeking a committed, enthusiastic and caring individual to lead our After School Club.
Role Details
· Position: After School Club Leader
· Hours: 3:00pm – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday
· Contract: Term time only
· Start Date: As soon as possible in September.
There is flexibility for this role to be shared between two applicants, subject to availability and operational needs.
About the Role
You will be responsible for leading and managing our after-school provision, ensuring a safe, engaging and nurturing environment for children at the end of the school day.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and can provide a positive, structured and fun experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan and deliver a range of engaging activities (e.g. games, crafts, outdoor play)
· Provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for all children
· Ensure high standards of behaviour and wellbeing
· Prepare and supervise light snacks/tea where applicable
· Work effectively with other staff and communicate with parents
· Follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures at all times
We are looking for someone who:
· Has experience working with primary-aged children (desirable)
· Is reliable, organised, and proactive
· Can build positive relationships with children, staff and families
· Has a calm, caring and enthusiastic approach
· Understands the importance of safeguarding

Pay: £13.69-£14.59 per hour
