We are looking to recruit an Experienced and reliable Plasterer / Multi skilled Operative to join our growing team, working across residential properties throughout the North West.
The successful candidate will carry out high quality plastering works alongside a range of general construction and maintenance skills. This role suits someone who takes pride in high quality workmanship, can work independently, and is confident dealing directly with clients.
Responsibilites:
Carry out all aspects of plastering, including skimming, patch repairs and boarding.
Complete general multi skilled maintenance tasks such as basic joinery, wall tiling, painting, where required.
Complete works to a high standard whilst meeting agreed deadlines
Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
Communicate professionally with customers and colleagues
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
City & Guilds or equivalent qualification in plastering.
Proven experience as a plasterer.
Proven experience in multi-skilled trades
Current , valid UK driving licence (Max 3 penalty points) as this position comes with a company vehicle.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
Reliable, punctual and professional attitude.
Good understanding of Health and Safety procedures
Flexibility to adapt to different tasks and work environments.
Must have own tools

Pay: £27,378.00-£33,462.00 per year
