Our mission is to serve high-quality coffee, delicious drinks, and create a welcoming space for our community. We are looking for experienced baristas to join our launch team and help shape the customer experience from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confidently operate and maintain professional coffee machines and equipment
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and iced drinks to a consistently high standard
- Contribute to creating a friendly, customer-focused atmosphere
- Help set up and maintain efficient café workflows as part of a brand-new team
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the café
Requirements:
- Extensive barista experience in a busy coffee shop
- Strong knowledge of espresso preparation and other hot/iced beverages
- Latte art skills desirable
- Ability to work well under pressure and with new team members
- Friendly, positive, and reliable
- Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays
