The Cut & Craft is a group of independently owned and operated British steak restaurants
specialising in crafting luxurious and memorable dining experiences. It currently operates two premium and busy sites in York and Leeds City Centre.
We have opened a new flagship site in the heart of Manchester City Centre. The Cut & Craft is housed in a historic Grade II* listed building on Moseley Street.
Grill Chefs are responsible for the smooth running of all aspects of their section. Working alongside and collaboratively with the kitchen team you will work varied shifts including opens and closes.
No two days are the same in this role. Communicating, working as a team with a positive attitude and adhering to company standards. As a Grill Chef at The Cut & Craft you'll be working with fresh food in a smooth and relaxed environment. in return we expect that you'll champion the brand in every way and with every dish that is served.
We’re looking for an individual with a genuine passion for fresh food and drink, hospitality and a thirst for progression.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY AND REQUIREMENTS
- Preparing your section
- Food preparation, working in a full fresh food kitchen
- Working at pace with the ability to follow instructions
- Follow and adhere to company standards and follow legal regulations of food hygiene and health and safety
- General housekeeping and cleaning
- Collaboratively working with the kitchen team during service
- Plating food to company specs

Additional Tronc on top of your wages, paid every 4 weeks. Full time staff can expect anything up-to an additional £250
