We're a small, well established and growing e-commerce business selling engineered vehicle components, van storage and security products across Amazon, eBay and our own site. Our edge is simple: we find design faults in OEM parts and fix them with better-engineered products of our own.
We're not looking for a corporate CV. We're looking for someone switched-on and entrepreneurial who we can train to run the product side of the business — someone who's built, sold, flipped or fixed things off their own bat and wants to learn how a real product business works from the inside.
You'll be trained directly by the founder. Within 12–18 months, the goal is that you own this end-to-end.
The role
- Hunting for new product opportunities
- Taking new products from idea through costing, sampling, sourcing and launch
- Finding alternative suppliers and negotiating prices down on existing lines
- Maintaining optimal stock across locations
You're probably someone who has sold on eBay or Vinted, run a side hustle, or fixed and flipped something — initiative outside of a job counts strongly here. You're comfortable with numbers, curious about how products are made, and you don't need telling twice.
This is a small, hands-on business, not a corporate one. No layers, no rigid job description.
If you want a big-company career path or a job description that never changes — this isn't it.
What you get
- Trained one-on-one by a founder who's done every part of this job
- Real responsibility fast — you won't be shadowing for six months
- Performance upside tied to products you launch
To apply, send:
- Your CV (one page is fine)
- A short note on something you've built, sold or sorted out on your own initiative
- Pick any product on Amazon rated 3.5–4 stars and tell us briefly what's wrong with it and how you'd improve it
Pay: From £29,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
