Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be the welcoming face of our establishment, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a lively hospitality environment. Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is advantageous, along with a strong focus on food safety and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a positive first impression
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, providing recommendations when appropriate
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene
- Assist in food preparation and ensuring the cleanliness of service areas
- Handle payments accurately and process transactions using the POS system
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment in all front-of-house areas
- Support baristas with drink preparation when required, ensuring adherence to food safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods
- Uphold all health and safety regulations related to food handling and customer service
Qualifications
- Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures is desirable
- Experience with food preparation or barista duties will be considered an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour capable of engaging with diverse customers
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service times
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- A genuine interest in delivering outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming environment
