The Role
We're seeking a General Handyman to handle ongoing maintenance and repairs across our various sites throughout Manchester. This is a flexible role perfect for someone who enjoys variety and working independently.
What You'll Do
- General maintenance tasks (sealing, fixing screws, adjusting door handles, minor repairs)
- Lightbulb fittings and basic electrical fixtures
- Cleaning-related maintenance and repairs
- Work across multiple sites in the Manchester area
- Respond to maintenance requests as they arise
What We're Looking For
- Practical skills and ability to problem-solve
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working independently at different locations
- Driving license preferable (not essential)
- Willing to learn on the job
- Flexible availability (20-30 hours/week, jobs scheduled as needed)
What We Offer
- £16.50 per hour
- Flexible schedule – work when jobs come in
- Tools & equipment provided by us
- Petrol costs covered:
- Partial coverage if using your own vehicle
- Full coverage if using company vehicle
- Part-time permanent contract
- ASAP start date
