We’re on the lookout for a friendly and proactive Coffee Shop Part Time Supervisor to join our vibrant team. Duties
- Oversee daily coffee shop operations, ensuring efficient service and quality standards are met.
- Supervise team members, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a positive work environment.
- Assist in food preparation of menu items, including beverages and light snacks, following safety and quality guidelines.
- Ensure all food safety protocols are followed to maintain a clean and safe environment for staff and customers.
- Manage customer interactions with professionalism, addressing inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages or issues to ensure smooth supply flow.
- Lead by example in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health regulations within the shop.
Qualifications
- Previous supervising or team management experience in a food service or hospitality setting is a must.
- Hands-on experience with basic food preparation and beverage making—barista experience is a must!
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and food production processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively.
- Background in Coffee Shop, restaurant, hotel, or culinary environments is advantageous.
- Ability to handle fast-paced situations with a positive attitude while maintaining attention to detail.
- A genuine passion for hospitality, serving guests, and creating memorable experiences.
