We're looking for an organised, friendly and proactive office administrator to join our close-knit team in Cumbernauld. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll coordinate engineers, support customers, solve problems and help keep our operations running smoothly.
What you'll be doing:
- Scheduling installation, maintenance and service appointments
- Managing engineer diaries
- Supporting customers by phone and email
- Diagnosing and resolving customer queries
- Activating telematics equipment
- Updating customer records using our CRM system
- Monitoring service KPIs and reporting to management
- Working closely with colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service

- Comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Confident using computers and learning new systems
