About this opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Community Equipment Service as an Administration Assistant on a 12-month fixed-term basis.
If you enjoy working in a busy team, supporting essential services, and making a difference behind the scenes, this could be the role for you.
You’ll be part of a supportive team, helping to keep the service running smoothly by providing a wide range of administrative support. No two days will be the same, and you’ll play an important role in supporting both colleagues and the wider service.
Your day-to-day tasks may include:
- Processing information and data accurately
- Keeping systems, spreadsheets, and records up to date
- Preparing letters, reports, and other documents
- Handling invoices, timesheets, and general paperwork
- Ordering supplies and arranging services
- Speaking with colleagues, customers, and suppliers in a helpful and professional way
- Supporting meetings, including taking notes
- General office and telephone duties
