Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Handling transfers of equity, remortgages and other residential property matters
- Reviewing titles and resolving any issues that arise
- Preparing contracts and supporting legal documentation
- Raising and responding to enquiries
- Ensuring files progress efficiently through to exchange and completion
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years' experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload
- Strong knowledge across a broad range of residential property transactions
- A proactive and client-focused approach
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a friendly, supportive team

Experience:
- Residential Conveyancing: 2 years (preferred)
- Fee Earning : 3 years (preferred)
