Your role will be to manage 40 client accounts in the Letting and Estate agent sector, based throughout the UK. You will be responsible for managing their marketing campaigns, their CRM automations and liaising with our ad team regarding the performance of campaigns.
You will need to love working with people, helping them take the steps to think about their business growth and the opportunities that leads can give them and their business. Supporting them through being the first point of contact for client enquiry, organising catch up calls, and being there to answer their questions.

To drive our continued success, we are looking for a great Client Account Manager who needs to be an awesome communicator, a totally success-driven person, and hugely positive, with the ability to organise and be forward thinking.
You will need to be an energetic, enthusiastic, and capable person with a real zest for helping and serving people.
What Skills You Need:
- You have served some time managing client accounts in marketing, such as paid ad campaigns
- You understand funnel marketing and automations
- You have an interest in AI
- You understand the needs of marketing for businesses
- You love to help and serve people, and you can demonstrate this
- You are reliable, conscientious, and courteous
- You understand the importance of completing tasks with accuracy, and keeping others in the loop
Key Role Goals
- Nurture our customers through email communications
- To manage monthly catch up calls, and report on performance
- Liaise with our ads team to keep your clients campaigns on track
- Co-ordinate and send our reporting files
- Track their success
- Be their point of contact and keep communicating based upon previous conversations
- Keep our client database up-to-date
- Refer to other opportunities within the group of businesses where suited
Other Tasks Include:
- Manage Excel reports
- Manage sales reports
- Process recording
- Manage VA on a daily basis
This is an office-based role.
The salary package will be geared to your previous experience and successes, plus your ability to demonstrate the skills we need. You will be judged primarily on your previous record, communications skills, and character as being suited to working in our organisation.

OTE: £26,000- £30,000
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
