We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Microcemento Installer to join our team and bring innovative surface solutions to life. In this role, you will be responsible for applying microcement coatings to various surfaces, transforming spaces with sleek, durable finishes. Duties
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer to ensure optimal adhesion of microcement coatings
- Mix and apply microcement layers with precision, following specified thicknesses and textures
- Use hand tools and power tools to shape, smooth, and finish surfaces for a flawless appearance
- Conduct quality checks throughout the application process to maintain high standards of craftsmanship
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste materials responsibly
- Work independently and as a part of a wider installation team
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction-related fields such as plastering, masonry, or surface finishing
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques used in surface application projects
- Ability to read and interpret construction schematics and technical instructions accurately
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on achieving smooth, durable finishes
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks efficiently
