We are seeking a Registered Manager to join our team in Kent. You will be responsible for multiple services across Kent and Medway, providing leadership and operational management for adults, including autistic people and individuals with learning disabilities.
As a Registered Manager, you will lead a team to provide high-quality care services across multiple services. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring the safety, care, and overall well-being of residents while maintaining compliance with CQC regulations. You will also focus on staff leadership, effectively staffing your home, and managing quality assurance processes.
Key duties involve reviewing care provisions, conducting audits, managing risk assessments, and handling disciplinary actions when necessary. You will engage with residents, staff, and various stakeholders to adapt care plans and address concerns swiftly.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the homes with professionalism, and strong leadership, fostering a culture of care, respect, and inclusion.
- Manage budgets, resources, and operational processes to maintain high standards and achieve service success.
- Ensure the home meets all legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements, including CQC standards, health & safety, and licensing.
- Oversee documentation, care records, and care plans, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and best practice.
- Develop your team through training, motivation, and support, promoting professional growth and high-quality care.
- Innovate and continually improve the services we provide, delivering person-centred care that truly makes a difference.
Skills/ Qualifications:
- Management qualification at QCF level 5 or equivalent or a willingness to work towards this qualification
- QCF level 4 or higher in Health & Social Care or equivalent
- Previous registration in a residential service preferable
- Experience within the Learning Disability sector.
- Demonstrable up to date knowledge of the care sector including the running of supported living homes and regulatory framework
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Experience of working with vulnerable client groups
