Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services
- Provide detailed product information and answer customer queries confidently
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure attractive product displays
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Manage stock levels and organise stock replenishment efficiently
- Handle phone enquiries with professionalism and courtesy using proper phone etiquette
- Organise and prioritise daily tasks to ensure smooth store operations
- Support team members during busy periods and contribute to a positive team environment.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and stock counts
- Knowledge of merchandising principles to enhance product presentation
