Kontora Ltd are looking for a Trainee Window & Door Fabricator to join our production team. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to develop a long-term career within a growing company. Full training will be provided, so previous experience is not essential; however, a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic are key. The role involves manufacturing high-quality windows and doors within a fast-paced production environment while working as part of a supportive team.
This is a permanent role, hours are 6am to 6pm (12 hours), SHIFT work pattern of 4 days on and 4 days off (including weekends). This allows the candidate to have approximately 78 more days off annually than regular Monday – Friday job role whilst still maintaining the hours of a Monday - Friday week.
